With a Technical Support Agreement you can:
- Call any time and ask
technical questions.
- Get
a little help in understanding how to perform a
task.
- Solve problems that would otherwise take you hours to resolve.
The
Support Center is open 40 hours a week. If scheduled, technical support can
be available to you at off hours. With a Technical
Support Agreement you can call during normal hours
and request support during off hours. Many churches
have volunteers who come in after their regular job
and need support after hours. Just reserve some time
when you might need it.
With all new purchases (this does not include upgrades)
you receive 90 days of technical support free and
we encourage our new users to take advantage of it.
