GENERAL NEW FEATURES
Entire program optimized for Windows 125% view above normal view. This makes smaller type easier to read. No more zooming in Runtime view . Every graphical button and all graphics except icons had to be adjusted to make this happen.
Locate and Locate Next button added to many forms for easier locating data. This is a great feature.
New Report: Print out of any or all Zones. This report is not confined to visitation list. You can still get a visitation list by zone, but this report queries zones without any restrictions.
Easy locate buttons placed on the Rapid Recorder. Locate works better because it brings that person to the top of the list. This is true of several forms.
Banners added to several forms to make it easier to identify the type of information with which you are working.
New Features: Reports Module reworked. New graphical buttons added to this form.
Standard letters are easier to access with the new notebook screens. All letters are listed on notebook tabs for easy locating the letter that you want to edit.
New (reworked) reporting module easily allows you to run reports.

New Report: Staff Contributions For Any Date. Usually this is your paid employees.
New Report: Officers Contributions For Any Date. This is your elected officers such as trustees, deacons, teachers, etc.

This year we have Added support for nondeductible contributions. You may print out reports of both nondeductible contributions and a report detailing non-cash gifts.

Six filter buttons place on the contribution Audit form for easy filtering of giving data. Click the Date button and all contributions are listed for that date. Click the Service AM or PM button and all the donations for that service appear. You can continue clicking the fund, category, person button to filter with filters. Click the Show All Giving button to return to normal view.
A call out box appears when you hover over the Show All Giving and Show All Entries buttons to explain the difference between the two.
Go to Home and End buttons place on the giving form.
Find a Giver by Barcode
Rapid Recorder now makes you put in a date, default checking account etc. before you go to this module.
Locate feature causes the person to move to the top record in the table.
NEW PHONE PAD (Quick Locate)
Entire module reworked with the look a feel of a touch pad Contact List.
Internet map buttons added to this module. Click the button and your browser opens
with the map program.
Notebook tabs replace buttons to locate people. Clicking the letter “B” will take you to the first name that begins with a “B” in the list. The name will be highlighted.
One click on the id number will take you to the Church File.
Table of Contacts located on left in alphabetical order and picture and info on right.
Search has a Locate Next person button that matches search criteria. The person’s record is highlighted with color to indicate the person is found.

Email, phone numbers, Birthday and address added to resemble contact manager on touch pad.
LIBRARY MODULE
Buttons fixed to show bold text when you mouse over it.
Barcode support added for locating the customer. Simply click the barcode on the customer card.
Barcode support added for locating the item to be checked out. Simply click the barcode on the item to be checked out then click the Check-Out button.

NEW APPOINTMENTS MODULE…(Completely reworked & revisited with new features.)
Add appointment to 32 or 64 bit Outlook. Open Outlook and appointment shows on your monthly calendar. Double click appoint in outlook and you see the body etc. of the appointment.
Start time, end time, start date , end date, location, body, and reminder will be added to Outlook as well as retained in ChurchPro
Appointment button added to Events module to easily add the event to your appointment list.
Unlimited appointments for a day.
Show Me All My Appointments in a Table.
Filter button added to task date and task type. This allows you to quickly view the filtered data.
Task module may be used by everyone, not just employees. A convenient show staff only button and then a show all button allow you to switch between the filtered views.

New reworked church attendance module. Monthly (Jan1, Jan2) blocks setup for “P” or “A: like the SSchool module.

CASS CERTIFICATION -- With Free Services For Churches
ChurchPro is built to work with Smarty Streets. It is a free service to churches until discontinued by Smarty Streets. This means there are no more expensive or USPS CD’s or programs to buy. Smarty Streets is offering free accounts to churches. Many companies charge about $200 a year or more for this service. It is free with this version of ChurchPro.
New module: Now you can CASS certify your mail list over the internet for free.
Convenient instructions take you through the process from start to finish from setting up your account to certifying your list. It is easy, fast, and affordable.
Export any code that represents a list you want to certify. It usually is your mailing list.
A convenient button takes you to the website for certification.
Query in ChurchPro will eliminate bad addresses saving you stamps etc.
After your list is certified you can print out form 3553 to get a postal discount.
Free postnet barcode font.
The Mailing labels from the certified list will print with postnet barcode at the bottom of the label.

CHECK SCANNING (The check scanner is optional cost.)
ChurchPro has provided a low cost option for scanning your checks. Most check scanning software and scanners are expensive, very expensive. You could easily spend thousands of dollars. However, we have been able to put together a low cost option for ChurchPro customers that will scan your checks into the contributions module and print a list ready for the bank.
You can Scan business or personal checks using a check scanner.
MICR data is read and parsed into fields so it can be posted into ChurchPro’s giving module.
An easy step by step module with printed instructions will guide you through the process.
Both front and back of the check image is captured and stored.
All you have to do is enter the amount for each check after checks are imported from the scan. This is similar to the back scanning your check and typing the amount.
The account and check numbers are scanned and names and address are looked up from the database once the account number is enter.
You are provided a convenient module for entering account number. You may even have multiple account numbers for the same family.
New Report : Flags checks that do not have account number listed in the database.
New Report : Prints the scanned batch of checks.
