Members and Visitors

ChurchPro holds all the biographical and demographical information about the people you minister to. It’s easy to use search tools help you locate people or groups of people quick and easy.

The Church File holds more than names and addresses. It has membership and visitation information. The outreach part will help you turn visitors into members. The Church File also contains information about:

Committee Members
Teams
Choir members and instrumentalists
Youth Groups
Bus riders and Captains

All this information can be formatted into dozens of reports, lists, pictorial directories, emails and even labels.

There are two dozen letter selections that make ministry easier. A letter for those in the hospital, or those who we prayed for or those bereaved. You can edit the letters to personalize them. Or you can create you own letter, merge it with groups of people from the Church File, then tell ChurchPro to print it complete with your digitized signature and print the envelope. Then you can send an email to the same group telling them the letter is on its way.

All your visitors can be loaded into the Church File and you can send them letters or emails. You can track communications with them and make them into a member with one click. No need to re enter the data.

The Church File will be your easy source for phone numbers with one click from the main menu. It’s simple and fast.
