Bulletin Maker

Now bulletins are automated and can be created with ease.
Retrieve Order of Service into the bulletin.
Retrieve last Sunday’s statistics into the bulletin.
Preview and make temporary changes (override items) in the bulletin before printing.
Add custom welcome message for guest.
Add additional and recurring announcements.
Print the bulletin to show schedule of service, statistics, services and  announcements.

Order of Service

You can setup the order of the service for next Sunday, next Wednesday, today, or another date.
Retrieve events from the events module to show as announcements.
Retrieve music from the music tracker module
Filter for any past service including AM and PM by clicking the date in the drop down list.
Retrieve the order of service for last Sunday.
Determine the order of each event in the service by simply giving it an order number.
Path can be set to a database of songs.  Simply choose the song from a drop-down list.
Filter for songs on a particular date for any service (AM or PM).
Setup your own categories such as special music, message, prelude etc.
Print the Order of Service.

Select the songs you will sing on a given Sunday.
Setup your special music
Track vocalist for special music.

Budget Module

Set fixed monthly amounts.   Automatically figures yearly amount and percent of budget.

Set new budget will move current amounts to last year’s columns leaving current columns empty to enter new amounts for this year’s budget.
Budget reports may be run from budget module.
