In today’s world communicating with your people is both easy and difficult. ChurchPro’s intensive communications modules help facilitate communicating with members and visitors.

E-mail

ChurchPro can broadcast your e-mail to groups of people from your Church File. These can be members, visitors, team members, the choir, the your or any group you set up. Type the body of your email, click the button to choose the group of recipients and press Send. It’s that easy.

ChurchPro has two dozen letters set up for all areas of ministry.

You can send the same letter to one person, a couple or a group of people. You can even create a special letter and have ChurchPro sign it for you. Then it will merge it with the names and addresses of any group in the church, print the letter and the envelope.

Labels

Most churches still use labels for newsletters and postcards. We can do that. Or, you can just merge the addresses directly onto the newsletter or postcard and not have the hassle of licking and sticking on a label.

Exporting the data

ChurchPro can send out groups of people’s names and addresses in multiple formats to be used for external mail merge. ChurchPro has a powerful onboard mail merge module or you can send the data to Word or WordPerfect or Excel or to PhoneTree. Phone Tree PhoneTree is an excellent third party package that allows you to send a voice, text or email message to groups of people. ChurchPro can export the names for you.
