Data Base Designs designed and developed the program starting in 1994.  A pastor in Aberdeen, Maryland wanted a complete church management package for his church so he designed it.  Soon other pastors wanted a copy and ChurchPro was born. During the next six years the package became more and more popular.  Soon the pastor had more work than he could do and started looking for more help.
